?Hello Rasmus! Tell us a little bit about yourself and how you found MyStamp? ?

Hello! I′m 29 years old and live together with my fiancée and my cat in Gothenburg, Sweden. I′ve studied at Chalmers that is a?highly progressive university in Sweden and at ETH?Zürich. After my studies I became a Master of Science in robotics and have worked with programming of self-driving cars.??

I worked?with startups and came in contact MyStamp. They needed some help and after a while it just became more and more. So, I found MyStamp when they were in need of help.?

What are your tasks on MyStamp??

I develop and maintain our system, work with technical support, takes ideas to MVP to launch and scale them up. I follow trends in software and business to bring the most value to our customers that?care for tremendously.?

What do you get up to outside of Work, Rasmus???

I do kitesurfing year around and have done that in 1,5 years. It has been something that I always wanted to try out and I love to try new things in life. I did one course and got stuck right away, it was love at first sight! When the weather is bad you still want to go outside, which is fun and different.??

How do you find motivation???

Helping smaller companies with new technical solutions, maintain loyal customers, get access to digital solutions in an effective way that today is close to a must have. Being able to bring new products that many customers want and fill their needs. That keeps my motivation on a high level.?

What do you most enjoy about working at MyStamp???

I love that it’s a new and exciting company that comes with a great idea. There are no limits for me on what I can or?can′t create and I can do anything?I believe in. There is a huge freedom and a chance to grow with the company.?

Give us your best tip on how you do such good work!?

I believe in being pragmatic, structured, launch in small steps and not be afraid to try things. I always get up at the same time on weekdays, eat my breakfast and go for a walk to get my brainwork going. One fun fact is that I almost always meet up with my cat on my morning walk and then we go for a walk together. We can go for a walk?two times a day. Then I look over what I should do that day and make a schedule.??

?In all, it′s important to create routines and take short breaks during the day so that you can reflect in what you’re doing.????

What is the most adventurous thing you′ve ever done???

I went backpacking in 2015 – 2016 and while being there, I was involved in a volcanic eruption, but I managed to get on a boat at the last second. This boat literally looked like the walking dead because it was crammed with people. Took a bus ride for 20 hours. Directly after, we went sea diving and then straight to the airport, haha.?
