You met Gandalf – the grey haired wise man in the Lord of the Rings movies -- didn’t you?
It’s time to introduce you to our very own Gandalf.
Meet Ramanjit Singh – a software development veteran, an expert on .NET, and loaded with an experience of over 17+ years.
His life has been spent working on different roles including – but not limited to – requirements management, functional specifications, technical specifications, test scripts, coding, implementation, and on-going product support.
Raman is an energy ball rolled into human form. Being a self-motivated and a people person, Raman has the ability to not just understand and work with software but also with people – managing teams and individuals with finesse.
You’d only need to take one look at the roster of projects he’s worked on to get a glimpse on why he is indeed the Gandalf of Software management.
His projects span software development, technologies, and solutions ranging for clients from the Entertainment industry (Movies, shows, etc.) to websites; from SMS messengers to learning management systems; from sales management to forums; from bandwidth management systems to project management.
From start to finish, and then testing to implementation, his software development goes from conceptualization to effective utility for clients. He has worked with clients from Scandinavian countries to Dubai, from India to Denmark.
With all that work history behind him, you’d think that you’d have to give him project requirements in a proper, official setting.
You don’t have to.
Raman is one of those developers with whom you could have a cup of coffee, down by the roadside, and he’d take project requirements on the back of a tissue paper.
Dare we say, a toilet paper developer?
Raman is a pro-active developer, leader, mentor, and trainer. He takes ownership of projects completely and is one of the few leading developers with the Company who still insists on folding shirtsleeves and getting his hands dirty in code.
He likes to lead by example. Raman works with teams with that energy that makes it hard for anyone to slack. He starts with tissue-paper level briefs but leads by asking questions (that comes only with his deep experience) to fill in the gaps and haul the project from briefing to execution.
While located in India, Raman has worked to initiate new mobile and web technologies worldwide. He understands and delivers key project requirements from clients. He optimizes tech processes while aligning and executing them in a way that leads to direct commercial savings for companies he’s worked with.
Raman also managed vendors, coordinated with suppliers, finalized project plans along with milestones, documentation of processes, and even dabbled with pre-sales activities layered with soft targets.
We are proud to have Raman on our team of leading software developers and trainers. We know he is going to set the train in motion and make our software development work for clients.
His experience, pro-active approach to projects, and the sheer audacity and strength of his skills when it comes to leadership and mentoring along with deep knowledge and expertise are priceless.
Go Raman. Go.
