As our new Practice Manager for ICT, based in Australia, Raff brings over six years of experience in ICT recruitment, along with a positive, can-do attitude and a team-first mindset that we know will make a big difference.

Raff’s path in tech recruitment has been one of growth and expertise. Over the years, he’s mastered the art of matching top talent with leading companies in the ICT space. A couple of years ago, he stepped into a leadership role, where he focused on strengthening team collaboration and fostering a supportive, high-performing environment to keep up with the fast-paced tech landscape.

What really sets Raff apart is his genuine passion for building strong relationships. He believes the key to great recruitment is positive energy and teamwork—and he brings that to every conversation. Whether it’s working with clients or candidates, Raff loves seeing how these connections help people take their careers to the next level.

A Journey of Passion and Growth

After studying HR at university, Raff started his professional journey at Mission Australia as an HR Admin. It wasn’t long before Raff transitioned into agency recruitment, where he truly found his calling. Over the years, Raff has become an expert at identifying top talent and matching them with the right opportunities in ICT, and his leadership experience over the last two years has allowed him to fine-tune his approach to recruitment.

1. AFL & NRL Enthusiast – Raff is a dedicated supporter of both AFL and NRL, with a special love for the annual Carlton vs. Collingwood game at the MCG in Melbourne—an atmosphere he says can’t be beaten.
2. Music Production – A true passion since he was 12, Raff continues to write and produce music in his spare time, exploring his creativity outside the office.
3. Outdoor Adventures – Raff and his partner love to stay active together, whether it’s going for bike rides, long walks along the beach, or hitting the gym for a workout.
