Meet Pritee, GGI Impact Lab, Young Leader 2023

Pritee Mandalia has done MBA from Sinhgad Institute Of Management ?of Business Management and a B.Com Graduate, both from?University?of Mumbai with an overall work experience of 7 years.

Currently, she is working with eClerx (for client Goldman Sachs) as a Senior Analyst since April 2022. Here, she primarily works on Hedge Funds, Mutual Funds NAV reconciliation, Fund Accounting, training new joinees and juniors and other?several related duties.

Previously, she worked with Maersk Global Service as a Process expert, Capita India Private Limited as a Senior Analyst.

She envisages herself as a female entrepreneur who can break the stereotypes and make a difference in both, the corporate and the society by contributing towards bringing the revolution of female entrepreneurship.

Given an opportunity, as a head start, to work with one of the top Management Consultancy firms for?several?years, she aspires to learn some of the quint-essential decision making skills, get hands-on practical exposure on company/business models across various sectors which can later help her for her greenfield/brownfield business project.

Furthermore, it would be an honour for me if she could make an impact and pave a way for other women like her who even after getting educated?and gaining experience struggle to get recognition in corporate and society and face hurdles in overall success.?
