Meet Preeti Panchagavi, Quality Analyst II for the PSA product. Preeti is a gem of a resource. She plays a crucial role in delivering the best of products to our clients with her testing skills and deep understanding of the product.

Q: Can you tell us a bit about yourself and your role at Upland?

A: I am Preeti Panchagavi, associated with Upland as a Quality Analyst II for the PSA product. Testing the product to ensure it is Accurate, Efficient and of High Quality is my main responsibility.

Q: What inspired you to join our team?

A: Upland has provided me with an opportunity to combine my Professional experience with my Passion for making a difference. The organization's global reach encourages me to collaborate with individuals of many backgrounds, giving me the chance to not only accomplish my tasks but also thrive in my line of work. The ability to work remotely is a huge benefit that allows me to maintain a healthy balance between my personal and professional lives.

Q: What are some of your key responsibilities in your current role?

A: In my current position, my duties include comprehending customer requirements, creating test cases and other artifacts, performing various testing procedures, and validating defects by creating bugs and verifying them when they are fixed making sure the finished product satisfies the Quality Standards.

Q: How has your career progressed since joining Upland? What have been your key learnings?

A: Since joining, I've experienced a noticeable improvement in my technical and presentation skills, being proactive, improved my capacity to pick up new technologies and indulge myself in learning new aspects of testing.
