Prasad R. R, born in Theni, Tamil Nadu and brought up in Bangalore, Karnataka. Currently working as Project Leader in Kohler Co, Wisconsin,?post his 4 years at Kohler India Technical Centre Pune. He can speak 5 languages (English, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil and Kannada) fluently.

He has 7.5 years of industry experience with 3 years as Industrial Engineer in Manufacturing plants and 4.5 years as Project Leader in technical centres leading new product development projects. In his current role at Kohler, he work with the Cross Functional Team ( Marketing, Industrial Designers, Engineers, Operations) to develop new products for the Kitchen and Bath category.

He is a certified Program Management Professional (PgMP) and Project Management?Professional (PMP), which are among the best certifications in the Project Management World offered by Project Management Institute,USA.

Starting August 2022, he is volunteering as Director Academia in Project Management Institute, USA , where he would be working with VP outreach and university?faculty and leadership on curriculum design/updates for project management.

Outside of Profession, he likes to play Cricket to an extent that he even made his American Colleagues play cricket, trust me they started playing better than me soon after the first match.?
