What challenges do you enjoy the most with architectural glass??

I’ve spent many years in the glass industry, but I’m still learning, exploring, and getting to know the different aspects of glass.?It’s such a diverse product, and sometimes I find myself drawing on knowledge from years past to complete a new project.?There are some smart, funny, open, and welcoming people in the glass industry, it’s a great place to be in.??

What are your pet peeves??

Location , Location, Location…is it really too much to ask for the project location??

Why do AGNORA projects hit different???

We will not compromise on the quality of the product or service!?Customer service is really the DNA of this place.?It works its way through everything.?From answering calls with a real live person, being able to reach your PM when you need them the most, solving issues instead of steering away from them, and our attention to detail on the plant floor.?Our operators are an incredible asset, not only shaping and processing the glass but always on the lookout for the best quality…thinking…is this my standard??Our standard??It really shines a light on the stand-out people we have here.??

Our people and our partners are what make us special.?I can say that in the time I have been at AGNORA, I have started to foster true friendships, and trusted working relationships with my regular group of residential peeps!?
