Being able to work with clients from different corners of the globe right here in Harare is like having a window to the world without leaving the comfort of my own city. It allows me to connect with diverse cultures, perspectives, and ideas, which is incredibly enriching.

So tell us more about Harare? What are your favorite things about Zimbabwe’s capital?
Ruvimbo: Harare is the vibrant heart of Zimbabwe! There are so many wonderful things about this bustling city that I absolutely adore. Firstly, the warm and welcoming spirit of the people in Harare is truly unmatched. Some of my favorite things about Harare are its rich cultural heritage. Exploring the local markets like Mbare Musika, is an absolute treat for the senses, where you can find everything from colorful crafts to delicious street food. The city also has green spaces such as the Harare Gardens and the Mukuvisi Woodlands. Lastly, the city is home to numerous galleries, theaters, and music venues that showcase the immense talent of local artists.?
All in all, Harare is a place that leaves a lasting impression on anyone fortunate enough to visit or call it home.
And now, for folks who might be in Zimbabwe, what do they have to eat and where would you send them?
Ruvimbo: One dish that I highly recommend trying is sadza. Sadza is a staple food in Zimbabwe. It is often enjoyed with a variety of flavorful accompaniments. For an authentic and memorable sadza experience, I would suggest visiting a local restaurant like Pamugoti.
