With a passion for fitness and helping others, Damiano returned to education to pursue his dream of being a professional Personal Trainer.?Worried about returning to education as an adult, Damiano found the transition smooth and the staff especially, very welcoming ??

Learning new skills, like creating fitness plans, understanding nutrition, and motivating clients, Damiano soon found himself entering competitions such as Skills Competition Wales and the AoC?Sport ?Personal Training UK finals, where he won Gold for both ??
?? “It was a proud moment for me, and I felt all my hard work had paid off. I love to challenge myself; I entered as soon as I discovered these competitions. It’s truly been an amazing experience.”

Managing his time carefully alongside his studies, Damiano was able to continue running his full-time restaurant business, until recently when he decided to close up shop to focus entirely on his fitness career – which has certainly paid off ???
