• Oversaw an €8.6m saving in one year across Europe, Middle East, and Africa.
• In Norway I implemented savings of 3.3% COGS (cost of goods) in 12 weeks
• Took the headcount down by 90 from 450 just over 20% (line balancing project for an automotive company)
