Meet Paul Mitchell
This is the story of a seasoned educator and coach whose journey spans multiple countries and roles, reflecting a deep commitment to teaching, leadership, and personal growth. Born and educated in England, Paul began his career teaching the English National Curriculum for 11 years, during which he also coached sports teams to county level and took on leadership roles as Head of Department and Assistant Head of Year.
In 2002, his life took a new turn when he moved to Denmark to marry his Danish wife. They built a family with four children, and he transitioned into international education, where he has worked for over 20 years. His roles have included Athletics Director, Dean of Students, and High School Grade Coordinator at various international schools.
Expanding his impact beyond the classroom, he became a Program Leader and Academic Tutor for Henley Business School Denmark, overseeing MBA and PCEC programs. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish his own firm, offering educational and leadership development workshops, along with individual and team coaching.
Currently, he teaches Business Management at the International School of Hellerup, Denmark, continuing his lifelong dedication to fostering learning and leadership in diverse educational environments.
