Can you tell us a bit about yourself and your role at SonarMD?

Career: I’ve been in healthcare my entire career starting as a registered nurse and have been fortunate to work in a variety of health care settings and try to help address super interesting challenges.?I’ve been with Sonar since the early days first leading product and now all of the day to day administrative and operational functions for our business.

Personal: I live outside of Chicago with my awesome family.? I love cooking, travel, golf, and attending any live show, performance, or sporting event.

What motivates you in your career?

In simplest terms, working with others to make a positive impact.? At Sonar, this means translating our company vision and strategy into a functional and sustainable path to continuing to improve the outcomes of patients with chronic disease. The innovations and creative approaches we are defining and implementing to successfully achieve positive outcomes for patients and their providers in value-based care arrangements is really hard to get right.? That challenge is the one the entire team focuses on every day and why I love my role to make sure we are best positioned to keep supporting our continued success.
