As the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition and Executive Search, Nina plays a pivotal role in shaping the talent landscape for the Office of the CFO and Consulting Services practices, while also leading high-level executive searches for CEO, CFO, CTO, and CHRO positions. With over two decades of experience in recruitment, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a strategic mindset to her role, helping organizations find top-tier talent.

Nina is widely respected for her ability to create meaningful connections, seamlessly aligning candidates with the unique needs of her clients. Her career journey includes a blend of regulatory insight and industry expertise, honed during her time at the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) and as a CPA at PwC. This experience gives her a unique perspective on the talent acquisition process, adding regulatory depth to her recruitment approach.

As a former National Director for Campus Recruiting at a Top Ten Public Accounting firm, Nina led Audit Recruiting efforts and successfully sourced and placed candidates from Associate to Partner levels across Audit, Tax, and Advisory services. Her recruitment prowess extends beyond public accounting, having placed executive-level professionals in Private Equity-owned companies, family offices, and public companies across Finance, IT, HR, and Accounting functions. Nina’s impressive track record and commitment to excellence make her an invaluable asset to the E57 Partners team and the organizations she serves.

Nina’s dedication to her career is matched only by her devotion to her family and community. Outside of work, she balances the demands of being a mother, sister, and friend, all while actively engaging in community service. Nina is a passionate contributor through her church and serves on the board of the National Charity League, continuing to give back to the community that has supported her along the way.
