Meet Our Azarcian Team
Welcome to the next in our Meet Our Team feature series.?
In this regular insight, we want to shine a light on our world-class team so you can get to know us better.
This week, our focus is on Lybid Zahnyboroda-Zakrasnyana , QA Analyst here at azarc.io . Lybid has been an integral part of the team for one year now, after seeing a recruitment ad on LinkedIn.?
Based in Kyiv, Ukraine, a typical day for Lybid sees her testing new features, performing bug fixes on Rune and Verathread?, reviewing tickets and gathering missing requirement specifications if needed.?
Lybid is also our touchpoint for the product owner and the developers, working on test planning, performing manual UI/API testing, reporting bugs and retesting.?
With a true adoration of the outdoors and a passion for painting and medieval architecture, Lybid is a true champion for the global diversity we champion at Azarc?. Find out all about her, just remember no smoking, ok?
Why is Azarc and the future it's planning so exciting?
The work Azarc is doing is another step towards facilitating and fastening processes to save time and effort for so many people.
How do you feel about the global diversity and culture represented across the team at Azarc?
I think it's amazing! I love authenticity and my Ukrainian culture and I love to explore other cultures too. It feels good and refreshing to communicate with people from other cultures and backgrounds, and, with the Azarc? team, I get to do that every day.?
What are your favourite things about living in Kyiv, Ukraine?
Everything except for the war and constant fighting. I like that everything is digital and services are very high-level. From opening or closing a business online to opening a bank account - I can always book any service and not need to wait in queues or wait for days if I need something. The country is beautiful, with wonderful cuisine, and truly good people. ?
What’s it like to be based there? Does it pose any challenges??
I travelled a lot before the war, but now it's very complicated. So, outside of working hours, I usually spend a lot of time walking in the forest with my dog, meditating and reading. I just try to spend time with my family and friends who are still in the country.
