Meet our February ?? Status Stars ??

Each month, everyone on our team has the opportunity to recognize their STAR team members.?

During our monthly All-Hands meeting, we recognize our Status Stars and give each one a gift card to a place of their choice.

Here are our stars for this month:

“Gretchen is such an incredible communicator when it comes to her brands. I have done a few optimization calls with her recently for Florida Pure Sea Salt and BadeSofa and she joins the calls with a positive attitude, great insights on how to optimize campaigns, and thoughtful feedback for her brands. She takes the time to lay out proper expectations and timelines and I know her brands appreciate her as much as I do!" - Ashley R.

A customer sent over large store lists in different formats like PDF and excel. Kate took them and inputted all of the info into one of her beautiful google sheets. Seriously helped me out so much!” - Gretchen

“I have been lucky enough to work with Alyssa on multiple brands over the past few months and she blows me away every time. She is quick to mitigate any problems, her communication with her brands is unmatched, and she really goes above and beyond to make sure her brands succeed. Most recently she also stepped in to help with a brand that wasn't hers and gave the call all of the attention and thought it needed. I am in awe of how great Alyssa is!”

“Marie created a multi-page report for the first time and she killed it! She is always so detail oriented and a wiz at gleaning insights from campaigns. She's a quick learner and such an asset to the CS team!” - Gretchen

“Marie has been interning for the CS team since last summer, and we couldn't be more impressed. She is willing to help with anything — no task is too big or small for her. She doesn't demand a speck of attention or validation while she quietly and happily works to keep us sane and afloat, but I want her to know how grateful we are! <3”. - Cheryl

“Jessika has had some amazing growth over the past quarter and month! She has really impressed me and the team in all her recent success with calls and SQLs and has begun stepping up as another person on the team people can go to with questions or for advice. I'm so proud of you!” - Andrea

“Derek was recently assign the Tech Lead role on a project for the first time and has exceeded expectations! The project plan he put together was thoughtful and well organized. He has managed the project well, making it easy to understand his solution and track progress. His execution on this project has been excellent and adds a ton of value to the Brand portal. Through this work Derek is completing one of our team's key results without needing much of my input! This is an excellent demonstration of technical leadership!” - Cassandra

“Sam is always so on top of offers and I am forever grateful! There are some many details that go into offers and Sam makes making sure everything is correct look easy. She's also super quick to make any last minute adjustments if needed.” - Gretchen
