Meet our ECTA representatives in Cefic’s SQAS Technical & Accreditation (T&A) Committee
ECTA - European Chemical Transport Association
ECTA speaks for the chemical transport industry to all its stakeholders
SQAS is still recognized as the key assessment system for chemical LSP’s (SQAS is also the cornerstone of ECTA’s Responsible Care program).
Meet Robert Brownbridge of Royal Den Hartogh Logistics , Michael Vetter of Bertschi Group , Erwin F. Spaanderman of Panalon S.A. , Bernhard Haidacher of LKW WALTER and Evert De Jong of ECTA. Together they form the ECTA representatives in Cefic ’s SQAS (Safety and Quality Assessment for Sustainability) Technical & Accreditation (T&A) Committee.
The companies, as well as other ECTA members, have supported the audit system for many years by sharing knowledge, discussing the implementation of best practices into the audit questionnaires. In 2021 the SQAS revision process extended to over 30 remote workgroup meetings, during which one or more ECTA members’ representatives attended. It is not surprising that the 2022 SQAS questionnaires are again fully endorsed and supported by ECTA.
