Heidi Blinman
Heidi Blinman has extensive experience in stakeholder engagement, events management, and administration. As the former Membership Support Lead at the Health Services Union, she was responsible for daily task allocation, reporting, data integrity checks, training, process implementation, travel organization, and event management. She focuses on stakeholder-centric administration, including inclusion, empowerment, purposefulness, ethical behaviours, and process. She encourages a culture of high expectations and results, actively learns, and diversifies her skill set to become a more holistic leader.
Aimee Cameron is a strategic partnership specialist with 20+ years of experience in tourism, hospitality, events, and marketing. She excels in developing effective relationships with destinations, government, media, trade, and marketing stakeholders. Aimee's expertise includes project management, digital activations, targeted campaigns, email marketing, corporate governance, and stakeholder management. She is passionate about delivering positive outcomes and maintaining strong relationships, complemented by her dedication to service and excellence.
Cinthia is an experienced communications professional with a passion for writing and a love for camping. Originally from Brazil, she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and a Master's degree in Corporate Communications before moving to Australia in 2014. With ten years of experience in the field, Cinthia currently leads Industry Communications at CPAQ, where she creates engaging content for social media, website, email communications, and others. Her personal interests and professional skills merge seamlessly in her role, allowing her to connect with the industry to try to recognise its needs for clear and concise information.
Cassie Dellit is the Brisbane lead of alt/shift/ and a Senior Account Director with experience spanning various sectors. She is a committed consultant, ensuring high-quality service and results for her clients. Cassie has close ties to the caravanning industry and has worked with media outlets to increase awareness of the sector among Queenslanders, particularly around the industry-run caravan shows in Queensland.
Ben McInnes is an experienced people leader in the insurance industry. With over 10 years of leadership experience, he completed a traineeship at MHIA Insurance in 2010 before working at Australia's largest insurer for several years. In 2015, Ben returned to MHIA and became the Managing Director in 2021, where he has a passion for developing ambitious staff and acknowledging hard work with positive recognition.
Robyn has been leading the Noosa Holiday Parks program since September 2019. She has successfully managed capital works, business growth, branding development, contract evolution, facility management programs, sustainability initiatives, and strategic planning. Robyn is an active member of CPAQ, actively participating in Divisional Meetings, and Council Forum Meetings and making herself available to provide insight on industry issues.

With over 25 years of experience in marketing management, media, communications, and administration, Krisi has delivered some of Queensland’s biggest events in the multi-million-dollar caravan industry for the past decade. She is currently the Project Manager for Caravanning Queensland’s VANSafe initiative, supported by Queensland Government and their StreetSmarts program.
Teagan Rose
Teagan Rose is a marketing professional with a focus on improving customer experiences, particularly in the tourism industry. She has worked with various companies to develop and execute marketing strategies that put customers at the centre of their approach. Recently, Teagan has been concentrating on the digital customer experience within holiday parks, believing in the power of technology to connect people and create meaningful experiences. Her work strives to make a positive impact on the way customers interact with brands and businesses in the tourism sector.
As the Manager of the National Caravan Holiday Park Accreditation Program for 10 years, Mark encourages park owners to become accredited under the Caravan Industry Association of Australia. Mark provides expert knowledge on caravan holiday park operations, including regulatory compliance, business planning, risk management strategies, HR management, Environmental Management, customer service, and marketing, working with parks to ensure a smooth transition into the Accreditation program.
Doug Tait founded and owns 1EIGHT, a Queensland business providing project, maintenance and accommodation services. After 10+ years of service with the Australian Defence Force and a project management career with Toll Remote Logistics and Red Sea Housing Services, Doug founded 1EIGHT in 2015 and secured its first contract in the caravanning industry in 2016. Doug has been a mentor for Queensland Mentoring for Growth Program (M4G) since 2020.
Brooke grew up in the Caravanning industry and is now the Assistant Manager of the Broadwater Tourist Park. She also manages the ‘Caravan Parks in Queensland’ stand at the Caravan and Camping shows across Australia, engaging with end users, and encouraging them to take a holiday in our sector in Queensland. In 2021, Brooke won the Simon Warner Young Achiever of the Year Award at the CPAQ awards for her dedication to the industry and her role at the Broadwater Tourist Park.
Ralph Warner
Ralph Warner, a CPAQ Life Member, owned and operated Ramblers Caravan Park in North Rockhampton with his wife Margaret in the 1980s-2000s. Ralph served as State Treasurer and was an active member of the Central Queensland Division and State Management Committee. He continues to be closely connected with CPAQ and attends Central Queensland Divisional Meetings and social functions. Ralph is also the father of the late Simon Warner, after whom the Simon Warner Memorial Young Achiever of the Year Award is named.
Theo Whitmont has over 25 years of experience owning and operating Manufactured Home Estates and Holiday Parks in NSW and QLD. He has served as the President of the Caravan & Camping Industry Association (NSW), and a Director of BIG4 Holiday Parks Australia. Theo has excellent knowledge of the tourism industry and is a lead consultant to the NSW Government in relation to industry reform and legislative change.
