Meet Our CEO: An Exclusive Q&A with Fiona Prosser
We recently had the pleasure of sitting down with our CEO Fiona Prosser to learn more about the person behind the leadership of The Incentive Lab and its parent company, Globetrotter.
What do you love most about Globetrotter and The Incentive Lab brands?
I love that both brands share the same promise that our clients experience the extraordinary every time.
How do Globetrotter and The Incentive Lab fit together?
There are many synergies which enable us to leverage the strengths of both divisions. The close integration allows our clients to access specialised services whilst streamlining their travel, conference, and incentive requirements though a single provider, overall enhancing efficiencies, and effectiveness.
Can you share your thoughts after being onsite for a trip/ event, what was that like?
Exhausting… in all seriousness having the opportunity to be onsite with our team was both exciting and enriching! It was rewarding to see the fruits of the teams’ hard work come to life, especially when it involved such dynamic interactions and positive outcomes. Knowing the team delivered an unforgettable experience for our client was incredibly fulfilling.

As a CEO who travels frequently, what is your top travel trip?
Be organised. I am an over-packer, so I use packing cubes to arrange each outfit for the occasion. I also recommend keeping digital copies of important documents like your passport, itinerary, and hotel reservations in an easy to find file.
What is your favourite destination and why?
Botswana, probably as it was my most recent holiday destination, the entire trip was magical and memorable. The combination of stunning wilderness, unforgettable wildlife encounters, (how often do you have a leopard walking right outside your bedroom), the rich cultural experiences and culinary delights made for an incredible and enchanting trip.
What do you think is the biggest trend or change in the travel industry that’s happening now and what can we do as a company to best support our clients in the future?
One of the biggest trends in the travel industry right now is the rise of sustainable and responsible travel. Travellers are increasingly seeking eco-friendly options and experiences that minimise their environmental impact. We can support this by providing options on destinations and suppliers that prioritise sustainability, opting for accommodations with green certifications, and participating in activities that support local communities and conservation efforts.
