How would your family & peers describe you?

?My family describe me as an easy going, never stressing over things after all there is usually a fix and there is always time for them no matter what the pace, I have a way with people that makes them smile and this carries over to work I’m told I have a calming influence when things feel likes there just flying past them, I have a way to help everyone focus.

What’s your favorite thing about your team?

How everyone’s so different and how they all get along so well and always help each other out.

?What are your top tips for any individual starting their career in smart metering?

Never be afraid to ask for help or advice we all started from scratch. Be positive metering can be a tough role with some of the things you come across remember you’re providing a vital service some of these meters haven’t been touched in years. Be kind Sometimes people just want someone to listen to them you might be the only person they see all week, and that will make there day.

We have come a long way at Orion everyone enjoys working here it’s a new management team with new engineers don't just take my word for it ask the engineers who work for us.
