Meet Naylor's Service Coordinators!

Naylor is unique in the industry for many reasons, one being our in-house service coordination team. Our service coordinators work from our main Oakville office and are extremely interconnected with the management and field teams to provide the best service possible.

Ensuring our team remains in-house and isn't outsourced is a huge priority for us, as it allows the coordinators to work collaboratively to solve problems. ?For example, if multiple trade lines are needed on one job the team can coordinate a solution quickly and efficiently. This also means that if a coordinator is sick another member of the team can easily cover for them because they are aware of what is going on in the area.

Our coordinators are highly interconnected with both managers and the field team. These two factors allow us to deliver the most effective service possible. Our hands on managers can keep the coordinators informed of upcoming jobs or problems they foresee arising, and coordinators can keep them in the loop about service calls and assist in rescheduling if there are emergencies. Working as a team allows the coordinators to effectively manage service calls and workflow. For example, if the temperature suddenly drops Naylor will receive an increase in calls, and we can anticipate this increased volume and make sure all the service coordinators are effectively communicating so that we can handle these surges.

Building relationships and trust with the field team is another key function of service coordinators. Technicians and coordinators must communicate to ensure efficient service and so that both know about any potential issues on the call. Service coordinators need to stay connected with what techs are doing so they can properly and fairly assign jobs. Naylor is currently growing and bringing on lots of new technicians, and as they come on new coordinators have been hired and trained.

Our service coordination team is key to our success and maintaining our name as a high-quality contractor. They work hard and are in constant communication with various people in the company and ensure we are always providing best quality service efficiently and effectively.?
