What is your role at Northh Medical?

"I am the Sales & Marketing Manager. Basically, I do all things Marketing and Sales. From planning our strategy to creating content for social media, talking to potential customers, attending congresses, or developing sales pitches – you name it, I do it all."

What is your favorite thing about your job?

"I love the great responsibility my position entails. Many various things are in my area of responsibility, and I have the power to decide over them."

What is your Motivation?

"The job itself is my motivation. Every day is a challenge – it is never boring, there is always something new that I need to learn or figure out. That is, of course, stressful but also very fun and what I love about my job."

How did you come to work at Northh Medical?

"I was searching for an opportunity to put all my knowledge from over 10 years of experience in Marketing and Sales to good use. Here at Northh Medical, I can apply all that knowledge that I gained in the different areas I worked in before and use it to lead the entire process from the strategic planning up to the execution."

What are your Hobbies? / What do you do for fun/during your free time?

"I like going to the gym and lifting weights. Apart from that, I love spending time outdoors, in the woods, with many trees around. My favorite feeling is when I can’t hear any sounds of civilization and can simply relax in the silence."

What has been your favorite project at Northh Medical?

"My favorite project so far was developing our value proposition. That may sound a little bit boring and requires a lot of work, but when it is done it works as a base for many things and is very rewarding to have.

Other than that, the IPR Congress in Rome was a highlight of 2021. Normally it would not necessarily be that exciting, but due to Covid, it was very fun to be able to interact with customers in person again."
