Meet my Empowerment Coach.... Carolyn Beauchamp!

Carolyn Beauchamp is such a classic. Humble, kind, brilliant, funny.... and it's never about her. I was blessed to connect with her during this Pandemic Pause, and express gratitude for her guidance and friendship as I Phoenix Rise into my life's purpose. And wouldn't you know it. She takes my expression of gratitude, and makes it all about me. Yep. She is my Empowerment Coach!

"You have everything you need within you. You are here to serve a purpose. You are here to do great things. We are all here to do something brilliant. I simply guide you through the steps for you to uncover the parts of yourself that you have forgotten". I am beyond blessed to have crossed with Carolyn, as she has definitely helped me uncover parts of me I was never aware of, as well as heal at the cellular level.

Thanks to SWFL's very own Downtown Diva, Stephanie Davis, I had the chance to connect with Carolyn after reading one of Stephanie's notorious articles in Gulfshore Life Magazine. Carolyn and I began our work together by searching for the root cause of my ill health. Through a technique called Age Regression, Carolyn helps connect with the trauma that can be causing physical, emotional or psychological issues. She shares that before the age of 7, we are living in theta brainwave activity, which is similar to a hypnotic trance. We take it on that life trauma's are all our fault. These false beliefs get trapped at the cellular level. Age Regression helps us access this stored information, and release these trapped emotions. Then we can shift our mindset with a 21 day exercise helping to reprogram our false beliefs.

This was one technique that we used to help me release, and heal. We later explored Past Life Regression (SO FUN!), and most recently did a Purpose Finding Session, which is one of my favorite stories to reminisce. Since this fateful Purpose session, I have grown into my life's purpose in awe and wonder. It has not been an easy walk, at times it can be downright confusing. But as Carolyn reminds me.... if it were easy, why would we have to be here? We are ever evolving, rotating naturally through incubation, nurture and growth.

Carolyn also helps me better understand intention setting. That when I put out my intentions, my higher self (or subconscious mind) will go out and find situations that support these belief. Everything is being pulled to me according to my vibration, or intention. AMEN to that Coach! Today I spend quality time contemplating my intentions, and expressing gratitude for the many blessings which come my way. These blessing may show up in ways I didn't expect, but I welcome life's experiences as the answers to my energetic intentions. The more gratitude, the more blessings.

When asked about this Global Pandemic, Carolyn immediately sites that this is an incredible opportunity. Everything is happening for us, providing us VIP time to go within. She encourages us not to go into the fear, that everything is in divine order. We all have created this so we can learn and grow from it. Embracing love, clarity, understanding and new opportunity.... we can create a new world.
