Meet Maximilian Bador, Substly's newest team member

Maximilian has successfully built sales organizations in companies on three different continents. Most recently, Maximilian comes from the role of Chief Commercial Officer at Move About. At Move About, Maximilian was responsible for building up the sales- and marketing organization in Sweden and was a part of the company’s successful IPO earlier this year.

“I have experienced the pains that Substly addresses in the last three companies I have worked for. When I became familiar with the company and the team, I felt I really would love to be part of their journey. It is an incredibly exciting phase that the company is in, ramping up sales and increasing their commercial focus." Maximilian says.

Maximilian's experience from working with B2B sales and great understanding of how technology can bring clarity and help create value made him a natural choice when Substly is entering the company’s next phase and starts putting a stronger focus on growth.

At Substly, Maximilian's main tasks will be to lift sales from the founders of the company and lay the foundation for a sales organization that can make Substly successful not only on the Swedish market but also internationally.
