Meet Matilde, Customer Success Executive for AURA UK

Matilde joined AURA in May 2024 as a Customer Success Executive. Matilde is a great addition to the Customer Success team, helping to manage customer queries onboarding new customers, and supporting customer experience projects and enhancements across our technology and operational teams.?

Originally from Portugal, Matilde came to the UK in 2018 where she gained her Masters in Music Production from Leeds Beckett University. Since graduating she has been in a number of customer facing roles, from a luxury hotel receptionist to being a Senior Personal Banker in a high street bank. She decided to pursue a career shift as she was keen to be a part of a company where she could see her work making a difference, and where she can use her creativity to find solutions, implement new ideas and help customers. AURA UK is the perfect fit.

When asked about her experience with AURA so far, Matilde said, “I am extremely excited to be a part of the AURA team and to have the opportunity to have a positive impact in the company's growth. Outside of work, Matilde’s passion for music hasn’t faded, and she spends her free time composing and producing music, letting her creativity flow in many directions! Matilde is a pleasure to have as part of the AURA team, and we are looking forward to supporting her growth in this important role where she is already having a positive impact with our rapidly growing customer base.
