Meet the Marketing Team
Starting today, we introduce our new format: meet the team! We decided it was time to share more information about the team behind Vitesy, what our values are, how we work and what we do. We’ll do this in a short Q&A style so we won’t bore you too much.
The first team to be introduced is none other than the marketing team ??? Are you ready to hear all about us?
?? Who is the Vitesy marketing team?
Our team is currently made of 5 wonderful human beings, each with their own qualities…and flaws ??
?? What does the marketing team do??
We are the heart of the communication and corporate image we give to the outside world. From developing creative content and managing digital channels to executing impactful promotional activities, every day we work on new strategies to communicate our brand and our values to our future and existing customers.?
We strive to create meaningful relationships with our customers, from the ads, to the purchasing experience on our ecommerce, to the after sales support. We always listen to feedback regarding our products, app and services, and we do our best to transform these into concrete actions to solve issues as quickly as possible and communicate everything in a clearer, more transparent way.

?? How is the marketing team structured?
Unlike the other teams (no spoilers ??), our work flow is a little less structured. We set some OKRs for the year and for each quarter, so our work is focused on reaching those goals. The way we are able to do this, is to look back to the past quarter, see how it went and act immediately to fix eventual mistakes and re-route our strategies to go into the right direction.?
We have some weekly calls to be aligned about the digital strategy, any ongoing collaborations, as well as periodical meetings with other teams so we can support each other’s work ??
We all do hybrid working so we are in the office only 2 days a week. This means that we try to gather all the meetings in those days so we can see each other in person and work more efficiently. But if you were wondering, yes, this also means that when we work from home our pets are always framed in our webcam.
This is the perfect balance to make sure we can work as efficiently as possible and allow us to enjoy our work even more.
?? What do you like about working together?
To probably no surprise, our strongest point as marketing team is ?communication?. We are all updated about the activities we’re currently working on, customers’ requests and our goals.
We’ve created a space where everyone is comfortable and feels free to share their personal opinion, even when it’s completely opposite. So together as a team we can always come up with creative and innovative ideas to explore new ways of communicating both our products and our brand.
