I joined Altivate officially in 2021, but I have worked with them on different projects since 2015.?
Joining this dynamic team in 2021 as the SAP S/4HANA lead was a pivotal moment in my career. With over 20 years of experience under my belt, the opportunity to be part of Altivate stood out for several compelling reasons.?
Firstly, Altivate has provided the perfect platform to leverage my extensive experience. Here, I've been able to contribute significantly, aligning my expertise with the company's goals to drive success for our clients. ?
Secondly, working with international clients has been a highlight of my role here. It's exhilarating to navigate the complexities and nuances of global markets, tailoring our approach to meet varied business needs and cultural expectations.?

Achieving success in my role as a Customer Success Manager at Altivate hinges on several key factors, all of which are deeply interwoven with the core values and objectives of our company.?

My approach involves deeply understanding our clients' unique needs and challenges, ensuring that our solutions not only meet but exceed their expectations. Each successful implementation is a testament to our team's expertise, our robust methodologies, and our ability to navigate complexities while keeping the client's vision in focus. Lastly, the ever-evolving landscape of technology presents both challenges and opportunities. In my role, I thrive on exploring and customizing new technologies to address our clients' evolving needs. Staying ahead of the curve and leveraging the latest innovations ensures that we're not just responding to current requirements but also anticipating future trends and preparing our clients for what's next.?
In my journey through various domains and roles, spanning over 6 years in the chemical engineering and pharmaceutical sectors to 17 years in the SAP landscape, the diversity of my experiences has been my greatest asset. Starting as a guest lecturer in Chemical Engineering, moving through roles as a Production Supervisor, Chief Chemist, Production Executive, and Shift-In-Charge, each position has contributed to a rich foundation of industry knowledge and practical expertise.?
Throughout my journey in the SAP ecosystem, I have progressed from an End User to influential roles such as: Associate Consultant, Senior Consultant, Lead Consultant, Project Manager,?Track Lead, Pharma Subject Matter Expert up until?most recently Customer Success Manager. These diverse roles have provided me with a deep understanding of SAP implementations. Notably, I have contributed to the success of over 15 projects within this complex domain.?
Each role, whether in domain expertise or SAP, has been a building block, enriching my understanding and enabling me to bring a holistic and informed perspective to my current role at Altivate. It's this blend of domain knowledge and SAP expertise that empowers me to bridge the gap between technical solutions and real-world business challenges, ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients.?

We have recently celebrated the successful Go Live of the SuccessFactors Onboarding and Offboarding module with one of our esteemed clients, a leader in the electrical cables sector—a partner with whom we've had the pleasure of collaborating for many years. This latest implementation streamlines the onboarding and transition processes for new employees, enhancing knowledge transfer and accelerating their integration into new roles. Additionally, it simplifies the offboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for employees as they conclude their journey with the company, whether due to retirement, restructuring, or other reasons. This milestone reflects our commitment to facilitating seamless employee lifecycle management for our clients.?
