My role as a senior merchandiser involves being responsible for the company's foreign trade textile products. This includes orders, quotations, tracking, quality control and development, printing, and inspection. As part of my role, I work closely with suppliers to ensure effective communication and help find solutions to optimize cost control and procurement.

Challenges Faced In Your Line Of Work?

With the increasingly fierce competition in the European and American markets, customers prefer products with high quality and competitive prices. By evaluating the potential suppliers' ability and reputation according to the needs and standards of the company, I choose the most suitable supplier and establish a partnership with them.

Your Experience At Xcel Bespoke So Far?

The company provides a healthy development platform where I can continue to learn and grow. Working together with colleagues in the UK ,Bangladesh and Australia allows me to understand the needs and development trends of different markets., I really have expanded my experience in the garment production industry and resources in Southeast Asian countries also .

Any Interests or Hobbies?

I am passionate about sports, particularly basketball and tennis. Playing team sports has instilled in me the values of teamwork, leadership, and perseverance. I am also an enthusiastic reader and enjoy various genres, including fiction, biographies, and self-improvement books. Reading not only expands my knowledge but also enhances my thinking and communication skills!
