REALTYon: Do you have news or releases coming out that you would like to share?
George Georgiou, Marketing & Communications Manager: 2024 is a countdown year for Limassol Greens as we are nearing completion of phase one with the construction of the first two apartment buildings, Robin East & Robing West, first 22 Villas and Townhouses set to be delivered by the end of the year. Additionally our Golf course is taking it’s final shape and the Clubhouse is swiftly rising up and set complete construction by the end of the year as well. As sales have surpassed 75 million Euros we are planning to release a new collection of luxury apartments in the market. The Starlings consist of 3 six-floor buildings with two- and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses. In Q4 of 2024 we will also be releasing a new villa typology to complement our already rich portfolio of villas ranging from 3 to 6 bedrooms.
