Meet Lia Knight, Our Implementation Specialist

Can you briefly introduce yourself?

I joined the Implementation team two months ago, having spent some time working in our Downtime Management team.

Prior to joining KINTO, I worked in EV infrastructure, consulting on safety and accessibility at public charging. I also have a strong interest in alternative fuels and battery technology.

I also have a background in neurodiversity, where I tailored a lot of my study into highlighting issues faced by those with ASD within society. This remains something I am extremely passionate about.

What does a typical day look like for you at KINTO and what are you currently working on?

A ‘typical’ day in implementation is ever changing. We work closely with our customers, prospective customers, and all departments within the business, orchestrating a tailored onboarding of all services from KINTO to their company and drivers.

What’s your favourite part of the job?

My favourite part of the job is building the rapport and relationship with our customers. No two days are the same in Implementation, just as no two customers are the same, which makes for an exciting and dynamic work environment.

What do you like to do outside of work?

An avid hiker, often found in the woods or up a mountain with my spaniel Hector (pictures always available on request), or at a plethora of gigs in line with my very eclectic music tastes.

Who inspires you??

My mum, who went to university to train as a teacher at age 40. I often think of her as an inspiration that there is always time immerse yourself in something you love.
