What is your role within EBSCO?
I’m the Customer Service Manager at EBSCO within the Sub-Saharan Africa region.
Explain your job as you would to a 5 year old.
You know the story books you love reading? We get lots of story books that you can read and even read on mums’ tablet. Libraries give us money so we can share these books with them. My team and I make sure we help these people so that they stay happy, and they let us share more story books with them.
What is the best aspect of your job?
I enjoy interacting with different people around the world and providing a wonderful service to those who I am in contact with.
How long have you worked at EBSCO?
I have been with EBSCO since 2017.
How has your work changed in recent years? How do you think it will evolve in the future?
Work at EBSCO has constantly evolved and will continue to do so. There are always new products and solutions to explore. One of these solutions is EBSCONET Subscription Management which provides a streamlined workflow to help librarians manage subscriptions and communicate with my team for customer service enquiries in one central location. EBSCONET is continuously evolving with new features that provide our customers with greater efficiency and a better user experience.

WITS Digital Campus. I studied Customer Relationship Building, Principles of Management and Fundamentals of Research.
What excites you most about EBSCO’s future?
That would be our new technologies that continue to transform the way we work, learn, and improve the users’ experience.
What is the most interesting place you have ever visited?
Rumtek Monastery in Sikkim, India
What is something you would like to learn?
