Happy International Women’s Day! Did you know, Leadership in the Clouds? has an all women c-suite? Pat Martinez did what most CEO don't have the vision to do. The team of three is Pat Martinez, CEO and Leadership Strategist; Nydia Lebron, Chief Development Officer; and Rashaan Peek, Chief Marketing Officer, and Digital Strategist. Combined, these women have over 75 years of experience in developing established and new leaders by creating spaces for diversity, inclusion, and equity through leadership training workshops, eLearning, 1:1 coaching, mentoring, and community engagement strategies to develop a healthy and productive company culture.

Leadership in the Clouds? specializes in creating environments for success. In December 2020 they launched a self-paced talent optimization curriculum called EVOLVE?. This eLearning platform is for any small business owner that wants to elevate his/her skills in leadership, sales, marketing, cybersecurity, financial management, cultural competency, and stress management.

The entire course is 9 sessions, runs for 5 hours and 36 minutes, and also includes six months of 1:1 coaching, a self-assessment package, evaluation, Masterclass Invitation, and a certificate of completion.
