What is your favourite part about your career?

As a Java developer, the language's versatility and flexibility are particularly enjoyable, as it allows me to create a wide range of applications and solutions that can be adapted to various industries and domains.

Moreover, the abundance of job opportunities and potential for career growth in the field make it an attractive career choice. Being part of a community of professionals who are constantly pushing the boundaries of what is possible with the language also provides ample opportunities for learning and professional development. All in all, I find the world of Java development to be dynamic, challenging, and endlessly fascinating.

What has been biggest challenge in your career and how did you over come this?

Transitioning from a math teacher at university to a Java developer was a major shift in my career path that demanded perseverance, determination, and an eagerness to acquire new skills and tackle unfamiliar obstacles.

Nonetheless, with a positive attitude and a diligent approach, I discovered that it was absolutely feasible to excel and flourish in this vibrant and constantly evolving field.

The key was to stay open-minded and receptive to the many opportunities for growth and exploration that were available and to approach every new project and assignment with a sense of curiosity and enthusiasm. By embracing this mindset, I was able to thrive as a Java developer and continue to advance my career in exciting and rewarding ways.

What do you like about working at Deep Pool?

Working in an environment that is supportive and team-oriented fosters a sense of camaraderie and mutual trust among colleagues.
