Meet Justine Dechaine, Brandish’s Newest Partner

The creative agency’s executive team grows as Justine Dechaine joins Lee Waltham , Derek Elliott and Alexandra Martin as Brandish’s newest partner.

WINNIPEG, MB — Brandish Agency is proud to announce the newest addition to their executive team, as Justine Dechaine officially becomes a partner at the agency.?

With over 15 years of creative agency experience, Dechaine has developed a multifaceted role at Brandish as our Director of Operations and Recruitment. When she’s not leading the agency’s internal operations and managing a team across three time zones, she’s hiring top talent. Her human-centred approach to recruitment is rooted in a commitment to transparent communication and mutual respect – values often overlooked in today's competitive job market.?

Dechaine was also a key player in Brandish's recent merger with Alberta's RED The Agency , which allowed Brandish to significantly expand its scope of work and client base into Western Canada. As Brandish enters new markets and connects with new clients, Dechaine's role as a partner will undoubtedly be an asset in scaling the agency.?

Dechaine's career journey is a testament to her passion for creativity and strategic thinking. Starting her career as a graphic designer, she quickly mastered a broad skillset across design, communications, production, and user experience. Her journey with Brandish began in 2020 when she joined as the agency's Operations Manager. She expertly organized and optimized the agency before transitioning into the Director of Operations in 2022.
