Meet Justin Webber: The Resolute Sales Manager at printIQ ANZ

Justin Webber’s journey in the printing industry began in 1989 when he started an apprenticeship in Printing Machining at Fraser & Jenkinson, now known as Print Media Group. Over the next 14 years, he honed his skills as a printer and eventually became the Production Manager of sheetfed operations. His career then took him to Kodak's Graphic Arts division, where he spent almost 15 years selling workflow solutions, CTP (computer-to-plate) technology, and consumables. This extensive experience laid a strong foundation for his current role at printIQ, where he has been managing the ANZ customer base for the past five years and eight months.

At home, Justin is a dedicated family man, married with two boys and a dog. Justin's passion for running is a significant part of his life. He wakes up most days at 5 AM to go for a run and is currently training for his 2nd Marathon later this year.? He is an active member of a running group, often competing and participating in fundraising events. His love for running is matched by his love for running shoes—Justin proudly owns almost every possible running shoe you can think of.

Justin loves his summer holidays and makes it a point to take at least a three-week break over the Christmas summer period. This time is spent with family in Victoria relaxing either along the Murray River or down on the Surf Coast.

A fun fact that most people wouldn’t know about Justin is that he has a tattoo of a BBQ chicken, a nod to his favourite food. If Justin could visit anywhere in the world, it would be Australia’s Kimberley region. He isn’t particularly keen on overseas travel, preferring to explore the diverse and beautiful landscapes of his own country. From his research, the Kimberley’s stunning scenery seems unmatched, and he believes pictures don’t do it justice—he’s determined to see it for himself.

When asked to describe himself in one word, Justin chooses “resolute,” which perfectly encapsulates his determined and unwavering nature.

Justin’s biggest achievement at printIQ has been adapting his sales approach. Transitioning from a focus on consumable sales at Kodak to a more consultative approach with software at printIQ, he has excelled by listening to customers' needs and leveraging his industry experience to meet those needs effectively.
