Working in globally recognised companies gave me the structure and drive that I use to this day. I discovered the importance and value brands can deliver.?

I took everything I learned and built the brand strength of CP Foods range in UK and Europe from ￡2m to ￡16.5m in 3 years.??

Uncovering opportunities from dormant parts of the business and changing the focus. Mapping out omnichannel approaches and implementing them. Identifying people and assets that had latent untapped potential.

We took back work in house, brought in the right people to review the market, then systematically targeted the areas we could play and win in.
