Hi, Jenny! What do you do at FlightBridge?

As a Senior Business Analyst, I work with all members of our business and technology areas to?define the scope and requirements for new functionality in the FlightBridge application.?

So what do you love about your current role?

I am enjoying the opportunity to help shape both the Analysis space and Agile?processes as FlightBridge continues to?grow!

Awesome, what did you do before FlightBridge?

I have over 25 years experience in both commercial travel and private aviation industries in various roles that span across the Travel/Logistics, Event Planning, Finance, Contracts, Product Development, and Information Technology sectors.

What are some things you are passionate about?

I enjoy being a mentor to and collaborating with others, creating effective documentation, and building customer experiences through technology.

Any tips for someone who aspires to do what you do?

Be curious and research the role. Network with and interview business analysts to become familiar with "a day in their life" and consider your relevant?skills. Take on projects that illustrate your ability to identify problems, create solutions and understand the implications of change. A good resource is your local chapter of the International Institute of Business Analysts (IIBA).
