Last month I posted the 6C’s I believed to be the traits of awesome PMs. As well as the 6S's of awesome PMMs.
I received amazing feedback and comments and that led me to add a few more C’s and a few non C traits. I’ve weaved them all into an celebration of a fictitious intro of an ultimate PM, Jenna. (note the selection of gender was arbitrary, so please don't take exception)

Every day, Jenna embodies the traits that make a Product Manager not just good, but truly outstanding.
Jenna's natural CURIOSITY ??? drives her to continually gather insights from customers, the market, and partners. She listens, learns, and leverages this information to better understand the needs and desires of our end users.
Her CREATIVITY ?? is unparalleled. She is able to turn abstract ideas into viable products, always finding innovative solutions to complex problems. When she's not working with Engineering to create these solutions, she's partnering with Product Marketing to ensure the message resonates with our target audience.
Jenna's COMPELLING ?? story telling is equally matched by her CALM ?? demeanor. Amidst the storms of product launches, she remains the eye of the hurricane, steering the team with a composed mind.
COLLABORATION ?? is in Jenna's DNA. She thrives in a team environment, working hand-in-hand with Customer Success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and prevent churn; while supporting sales with prospects to demonstrate innovation and vision to help seal the deals.
Her COURAGEOUS ?? attitude allows her to make tough decisions, saying NO even when they are unpopular. Jenna isn't afraid to challenge the status quo, to better serve our customers and the company.
