________
What was your original career prospect when growing up??
My big goal when I was a kid was to help save animals. I am now a Campaign Analyst at Pathlabs and have become an avid hunter. Life's funny like that.?
________
Where are you working from (physical location-wise)?
I usually work from Bozeman or Great Falls and a few times a year from my parents’ home in Sweden!
________
What is the one activity that you are obsessed with??
My big obsession is skiing - I grew up in a ski town (Vail, Colorado) and have been skiing since I was just under two years old. I’ve made so many great friends and gotten to be part of such a fun community growing up around the ski industry, and I love spending my weekends outdoors.?
I’m obsessed with anything that gets me outside - skiing, hiking, hunting, camping. I’m so fortunate to have lived in the mountains my whole life, and I try to take advantage of it - whether skinning before work with friends, taking a long weekend during hunting season, or camping during the weekends.?
________
Who in your family do you most often compare yourself to??
I have an identical twin, so naturally, there’s quite a bit of comparison between ourselves and others. We have so many similar aspects in our personalities but have approached many of our career and life choices differently as we’ve grown.?
________
What societal or career expectations do you struggle with??
An expectation I’ve struggled with, as I feel many have, is finding the balance between work and life. We’re at an interesting time where the younger generations are stepping back and really evaluating the “why” of historic expectations around career, working hours, etc.?
It’s easy to feel pressure to ONLY work and have career motivation be the driving factor in all your decisions. Finding that balance, using the time before and after work, and utilizing my weekends have proven to be much more sustainable, and my motivation for my career is increased.?
________
What is your favorite summer activity??
Summers in Montana are so so incredible - there’s so much to do in just a few short months, so summers fill up fast - floating, fishing, wedding season.
________
It’s Friday night, and you are given $5,000. Who are you taking to dinner, and where are you going??
I’d be taking my mom out to dinner - step 1 would be a flight to our favorite restaurant in Stockholm, with a really nice bottle of wine to share.?

________
If you were a plant, tree, (or fungi?), what kind would you be??
I would be a cactus, as I too frequently forget to drink water for long periods of time.
________
Do you love winning, or do you hate losing?
The fear of losing definitely drives me more than winning. During my time pole vaulting at MSU, I had a quote: "You can’t always be the most talented person in the room - there may always be someone more gifted. But you can make sure you’re the hardest worker in the room - that’s up to you.”?
________
Are you a Spotify, Apple Music, or Pandora Person??
Spotify, of course!
________
What was the last song you listened to/what is a bop that you have been listening to on repeat??
My all-time favorite song is the Trampled by Turtles cover of Wildflowers by Tom Petty and anything by Abba.
________
What is your favorite Pathlabs value?
People First - only knowing your peers in a virtual setting can be lacking, and I value Pathlabs' effort in promoting those relationships and forming a sense of community/companionship.?
________
What excites you about the future??
I’ve never been one to have a super clear step-by-step vision or plan for the future - life changes so much and so fast, and I try not to worry about what comes next - it makes it so easy to miss all the good things happening around you now.?
________
If you had to work but didn’t need the money, what would you do??
If I didn’t need the money, I would work for a cause I was passionate about - knowing I was giving back while in that position would be important.
