Meet Ivy, Publisher Account Manager at ExoClick!

What is your role?

I work at ExoClick as a Publisher Account Manager

What are the most important aspects of your job role? Which do you enjoy the most? ?

Some of the most important aspects of my job are communication with my clients, collaboration with the other teams, and of course, organization and prioritization of my own workload, since some client requests and tasks are more urgent than others. I enjoy all of them but for me, communication and making sure that my clients are satisfied with our collaboration, is key to a smooth and enjoyable partnership.?

What are the main tools that you use to do your job?

The most important tools I use daily are the ExoClick BackOffice, Admin Panel, BI Trends and, of course, several monitoring files and spreadsheets to manage our team’s information and ongoing projects. Also, for us, Hubspot has become our go-to tool for checking and organizing all client’s new and existing deals and updating their contact information. Lastly, we do use Jira for IT and project tickets.

How many people are in your team and what do they do?

I'm a part of the Sales team which is divided into different sub-teams: Advertising, Publishing, RTB, Members Area, and Email. I belong to the Publishing team and we are currently 8 Account Managers managing a portfolio of clients and ensuring that they are well guided the whole time and have all optimization tips in hand. We also have 1 Account Analyst working with our biggest client and 2 Biz Dev experts helping with acquiring new clients and expanding our business. Of course we also have our Sales Director and our amazing Head of Department and Team Lead.?

What do you enjoy the most about working with your team?

What I enjoy the most is that we all come from different countries, cultures, and backgrounds, which makes our interactions quite interesting, allowing us to learn from each other. This fact together with the many skills that everyone brings to the table, makes us a strong team that thoroughly enjoys interacting and collaborating with each other on both a personal and professional level.?

What do you like the most about working at ExoClick?

I absolutely love the environment at ExoClick. Everyone is open and willing to help at all times with anything that is needed.
