Meet Isel - our Jr. Project Manager

As part of our Q&A series, we sat down with Isel who is our Jr. Project Manager hailing from our Zarzilla Hub in Peru. Her passion, drive and overall positivity makes our visual design process the highlight of our day. So let’s start;

Hi Isel! How would you describe Zarzilla as a brand?

For me, Zarzilla represents creativity, passion and a fun environment to work in.?

Where do you get design inspiration from?

I’ve always been creative – ever since my childhood. This passion for art and design is what lead me to where I am today.

What do you do when you hit a creative block? How do you overcome it?

Taking a pause, breathing and listening to music always works for me.

What do you think makes someone a good designer?

The passion and commitment to create art from the inside out.

How is it like working in the Zarzi team?

From day one, the Zarzi team always made me feel so welcome so I feel like I’m part of a great family.?

What is the most exciting campaign that you are working on at the moment?

Gin Rummy Super is the main project we are working on. The new updated version will be amazing and we are so proud of it.?

How do you handle tight deadlines?

Having a clear vision of our priorities Commitment is very important when we are working on a project, setting our priorities and always giving more than 100%.

Where do you see yourself in the next few years?

I’d like to grow with Zarzilla within the next few years as we continue to develop more exciting games.
