Meet Isabella, a truly global citizen
Isabella is born in Sweden, grew up in China, worked as an air hostess and travelled the globe, studied in Denmark and is now working in Gothenburg, Sweden. She started the Global Graduate Programme about half a year ago and has finished her first rotation.
“The structure of the program gives me holistic view of the different business areas and help me see both operational and strategic parts of the business. The rotations allow me to work and explore several fields and areas of SKF, that I would not have had the opportunity to be involved in otherwise”.?

“The cultural diversity here is something I really value. I enjoy the conversations of how different cultures perceive things differently and have different ways of working and solving an issue. The fact that SKF has managed to build a joint work culture across the globe with people from so many different backgrounds, cultures and regions, amazes me.”
During Isabella’s first rotation she’s been working with the mobile solution SKF Bearing Assist, an app developed together with input from customers to provide better and more accessible assistance for everyone who mount or replace an SKF bearing. By guiding the user step-by-step through the whole mounting process, it also enables selection of the appropriate bearing and keep track of the most recent bearing exchanges, making our customer life easier.
