Providing Pathways to Excellence!
The National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) Professionals is excited to announce its 2022 NSBE Professionals Leadership Incubator (NPLI) Cohort featuring 22 professionals from various industries across the country. The program, in its inaugural year, aims to raise member awareness of nonprofit board service and its application in career development and other nonprofit board service opportunities. NPLI is grounded in the NSBE Leadership Competency Model which focuses on leading of self, leading of an organization and leading of others. Cohort members will develop their skillset in various leadership competencies, including setting vision and strategy, managing projects, and communicating effectively.
“After launching our Strategic Plan, Game Change 2025, nearly a year ago, it’s important that we begin to make strides towards the grand initiatives we outlined. With the new Incubator program, we can do that by bringing these talented leaders from companies and industries across the world together to support their quest for leadership excellence,” said Dr. Roneisha Worthy, NSBE Professionals Chair. The program features elements such as Masterclasses with executives, leadership coaching sessions, and skill-based training.
