ifhaam ahmad is currently working as a software engineer in CGI. He has overall 3.3 years of experience in automation testing. His role is to ensure the quality of the product through different kind of testing. He is a problem solver who likes to help people in finding the root cause of the issues and how to mitigate them.

On the personal front, he is a passionate traveller, and a reader. Also, he has been involved with an NGO as a secretary which helps underprivileged young ones by providing free education. Apart from that, he has volunteered in various CSR activities which takes place in his current organization.?

He is looking forward to gain skills and experience to move into management consulting or project management role. He believes change is inevitable. Through his skills and with this GGI Impact Lab- young leader program he is hope to gain skills which will help me to apply those in business processes and in finding gaps and solution for the problems.Helping people makes him ecstatic and he wishes to contribute his knowledge to people which will help them in their overall career growth.?
