Meet Holly Estes

We sat down with Holly from our advisory practice to get to know her a little better.

Can you share a brief overview of your career journey at The Hackett Group and how it has evolved?

I began my journey with The Hackett Group in 2018 as a temporary employee in the accounts payable (AP) department and was later hired full-time.?I worked in AP until 2021, when I transitioned into an account manager role in our advisory practice.?I had that role until April of this year when I started a new role as an operations coordinator where I'm supporting our operations team.?I'm thankful for the incredible experiences and growth opportunities I’ve had with The Hackett Group.?

What is the most important lesson you’ve learned at the Company, and what has been the most challenging aspect of your role?

I've learned what a great company The Hackett Group is to work for and how they look out for their employees.???

Can you share some of your interesting hobbies or any volunteer and charity work you’re involved in?

I enjoy crafts, swimming and traveling.? I've also volunteered with animals over the years.?

What did you dream of becoming as a child, and what is the most adventurous thing you’ve ever done?

A long time ago as a kid, I wanted to be a veterinarian.? The most adventurous thing I've done has been when I've been traveling which has included swimming with dolphins in Jamaica and ziplining in the Dominican Republic.???

What’s your core philosophy when it comes to work??

I believe it's important to work together when we can as a team to make sure that everything is consistent and runs smoothly.?
