Beverly Schneider came on board as our Outpatient Director, so we thought this would be a fantastic time to introduce the FeldCare Direct team members who will help you with any referrals.

Meet the Team

First up, meet Beverly Schneider, FeldCare Direct’s Outpatient Director

Beverly has worked at FeldCare Connects for seven years and is an internal hire, moving from FeldCare Connects to FeldCare Direct. She has years of experience in developing departments, building processes, managing employees, and creating a novel approach to problem-solving. Her experience in building an expanding, cohesive organization will benefit our referral partners and the clinicians who utilize FeldCare Direct. Beverly is excited to make FeldCare Direct a go-to resource for the community, ensuring patients know they can continue getting in-home services in a comfortable environment.

Outside of work, Beverly is primarily a busy mom to a young child. She loves spending time with her beautiful family, playing with her young son, cooking, and having adventures.

Here are the other team members you may connect with as you build a relationship with FeldCare Directs:

Carlos Lopez, Intake and Authorization Coordinator

Carlos intakes patients and referrals and is the first point of contact for patients. You can ask him questions about insurance, patient staffing, and more. Discharge planners from home health organizations should also get in touch with Carlos as he will go through the process from A-Z to help a home health patient transition to outpatient in-home.

Leonardo Jarquin, Outpatient Coordinator

Leonardo coordinates all of the administrative functions that are necessary to ensure the best patient care is provided. As part of this function, Leo reviews the notes therapists submit, sends the plan of care to the doctor for final signatures, connects with clinicians, and is a billing liaison. Clinicians and referring doctors will connect with Leo.

Jean manages all of the marketing here at FeldCare Direct, ensuring the company is known far and wide for connecting referral partners with local PTs, OTs, and SLPs who provide concierge in-home outpatient services.

Shachar coordinates all operations for FeldCare Direct, ensuring that the entire company runs smoothly.
