What inspired you to join atai??

I joined atai quite serendipitously. A friend forwarded me an opportunity when I was seeking a new role, and within weeks, I was on board. Before this, I was unfamiliar with the company, but I quickly grew passionate about its mission in the mental health sector. Mental health has always been a cause close to my heart, and I'm committed to contributing to its betterment in any way I can.?

Can you describe your role at atai??

At atai, I serve as a recruiter, overseeing the entire hiring cycle, from sourcing potential candidates to the final hiring stage. I truly enjoy the challenge of discovering those 'diamond in the rough' candidates. Beyond recruiting, I also have a hand in crafting content for our Employer Brand, which I'm particularly passionate about. The beauty of working at atai is the opportunity to wear multiple hats. I'm grateful for the autonomy and growth opportunities the company provides.?

What personal passion project are you working on outside of work??

Outside of work, I'm deeply passionate about photography, especially capturing portraits of women. My aim is to reveal their innate beauty when they are at their most genuine. I often gift photoshoots to friends and family, hoping that through my lens, they can see their true selves. In today's world, empowering women is paramount, and if my photography can uplift even one individual, I feel I've made a meaningful impact.
