Lisa

As the founder of EZ Hampers, Lisa can be found out and about being the queen of networking and working hard to share her hampers with the world. A lover of people and their stories, she thrives in networking spaces, both online and in person. She particularly loves online networking events like B2B, as they enable her to still make business connections whilst on the go. Her experience in the social work field informed her decision to use brands that give back, and to uplift local charities. Despite being the creator of EZ Hampers, Lisa takes a bottom-up approach to management to empower her workers and to encourage innovative team discussions.

Being vegan, having a son with a nut allergy and having an egg allergy herself, it was incredibly important to Lisa that EZ Hampers would be able to accommodate all allergies and dietary needs. As a big proponent of protecting the environment, Lisa also wanted to change how much non-recyclable waste is discarded with traditional gift giving. In her free time, Lisa loves to travel around the world, but also to her chalet in Wales, a DIY passion project finished in 2022. She loves tasty food, music concerts and a good long hike in the beautiful outdoors!

Erin

Erin has been working for EZ Hampers since she finished her masters degree in November of 2021. As the office manager she is responsible for ensuring the upkeep and organisation of the office. During this time she has also been able to develop her skills so that she could redesign and maintain the website. She loves working for EZ Hampers, not only because of the close-knit work community she gets to be a part of, but also because it enables her to help charities and other small businesses. Her favourite part of working at EZ Hampers is being able to create showstopping, eco-friendly hampers for all occasions. Outside of work Erin loves to travel with her older brother, recently having returned from a trip to Thailand. When she’s at home she spends her time with her two new cats, Poppy and Rose, reading or watching films. Erin also volunteers for the National Trust on her weekends, helping the public as well as the animals that reside in the park.

Gabby

Gabby joined Lisa and Erin in 2022 after recently graduating and receiving her BSc in Psychology. Passionate about sustainability and giving back to the community, she fit right in at EZ Hampers! She joined the team as Sales & Stock Administrator, though her role quickly developed into more creative endeavours like blog writing, photography and hamper design. Gabby has also taken brave steps to attend business networking events like B2B, to spread the good word of sustainable hampers! Online networking events have allowed Gabby to evolve her communication abilities in a business context. She loves working in a supportive, female-led business environment that prioritises honesty, positivity and kindness.?A geek at heart, Gabby loves playing Dungeons & Dragons and watching horror movies!
