Meet Emilia

Emilia is one of our Play Champions and began working for the Good Play Guide in early 2023. She is involved with numerous departments; from writing website content, toy reviews and lesson plans, to working on research projects and being involved in play testing, focus groups, and more.

She particularly enjoys writing, and her position at Good Play Guide gives her plenty of opportunities to share her knowledge and expertise with others.? Through her previous career working in early years, Emilia has seen first-hand how vital play is for child development and preparing children for their lives ahead. She is on a mission to help parents and clients truly understand the play and its value and to meaningfully contribute to making the world a more playful place.

Her favourite thing about working at the Good Play Guide is the supportive and enthusiastic team. Everyone is continually learning from each other and making the best use of the wealth of knowledge and expertise within the company; we really do learn something new every day working here.? In her spare time, Emilia loves to spend time with her son, listen to live music, and watch her beloved Millwall FC play, and usually lose.?
