Kate is multi-skilled with over 20 years’ experience working in leadership teams, is a Fellow of the CIPD and also has an ILM level 7 Executive Coach qualification.?

Kate works with leaders and managers facing challenges, coaching them to gain clarity, find creative solutions and develop their strengths. Not only has Kate become the trusted development coach for commercial and functional leaders, with strengths in strategic outlook, ideation and creating learning cultures, Kate draws out the best in managers, so they learn to lead with integrity and trust in their own ability to build a lasting legacy.

Having been a senior HR executive herself, in the private, public and not-for-profit sector, Kate is extremely well placed to coach senior executives, as she knows exactly how senior executives think and feel having been in leadership roles herself.

In addition to the above, Kate as a Research Scientist takes an evidence-based approach, partnering with you to understand your needs and then using approaches that work.
