Meet Divya Visentini, Managing Partner, NavStella
While Divya Visentini’s background and education is in the sciences, she’s firmly been in the marketing and technology space since the mid-90s. She has orchestrated national and global programs and campaigns for brands like Shell, Chevron, Continental Airlines, Bausch + Lomb, Microsoft, Sony, Capital One, and Red Bull. To name a few. She is attending the LadyDrinks event for 10 executive South Asian women in Houston tomorrow.
What Divya loves about her career is that she has been able to create a road map for growth and innovation- both for herself and her clients. When Accenture came knocking back in 2017, she answered the door. She was with Accenture as a Managing Director and Digital Transformation Lead for their North America. Given the nature of leadership in consulting, she could not stick around for the execution. And that left her feeling unsatisfied. She decided to feed the entrepreneurial bug and start her own consultancy, pairing mid-market clients with the right delivery and technology partners. Now she is a proud Co-founder and Managing Partner at NavStella – a strategy, digital, and operations consulting agency helping mid-market companies in Energy, Manufacturing, Education, Retail, Finance, and Healthcare.
Divya holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry (Bangalore University, India), an MBA in Corporate Finance & Strategy (Hull University, UK), and another MBA in Marketing (University of Houston).
She is a mother to a 14-year-old boy and a Shih Tzu named Peanut. A cricket and soccer enthusiast, she is a die-hard supporter of the Arsenal Football Club.
